Payment

Cancellations
To cancel your order, we recommend that you contact us by phone or email: support[at]proteusresear.ch as soon as possible after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to cancel your order. You have 24 hours to cancel your order for a full refund, full refunds beyond that point in time are normally not accepted.
Returns and Refunds

Higher Force
In a case of higher force (natural disaster, war,…) PRG holds the rights to cancel all orders or delay them until the situation improves.
